Fitness Programs

Whether you are currently exercising or leading a sedentary lifestyle you can realize the many benefits of exercising properly. We can create a formula based on your medical and orthopedic background, and your current level of fitness.

Are you getting the most out of your current fitness program? Chances are you are not following all the components of fitness and not seeing many changes in your body or fitness level. One common problem for most people is they stop making changes to their program. Another is not being consistent each week which means 3 to 4 times per week. Frustration and boredom settle in and improvement is diminished.

BPF can show you how to get the most out of your workouts, so you can achieve your goals and feel better about yourself, all you need to do is fill out 2 parts to the questionnaire so we can prescribe a program tailored to your needs.
